I love the antique Japanese atmosphere, but it reminds me how addicted I am to modern comforts.
Close to the train and bus stations and the walking streets. Lovely breakfast buffet. Wonderful and helpful staff.
Our air conditioner dripped onto our bed. All of the lights are controlled from a single inconveniently located panel. Outlets aren't very convenient either.

Good
The somewhat central location and the somewhat sufficient breakfast. The housekeeping services are outstanding. Our room is always comfortable and clean.
The WiFi isn't stable. Almost all common areas are under construction. The AC/heater isn't working in the room so it's always freezing at night.

The cleaning room is very late, almost 14:00, so can't check in earlier and it's hard if you want to take a nap after lunch.
